E-Store Return Policy
We know that sometimes mistakes happen and because of this we have created a return policy that is both fair and helpful. Whether you purchased something and somehow did not receive what you were expecting or perhaps your item was damaged during transport, we are here to help.
Most products purchased from the Krown E-Store may be returned within 30 days from the date you received your merchandise if the reason for return is a manufacturing defect in product, a broken package or product, or if your are generally unsatisfied with the product. There are exceptions you should know about, which are listed below: 1) All gift card purchases are final sale, however gift cards do not expire
All Returned items are subject to an RMA (Returned Merchandise Approval) and will not be accepted without an authorized RMA number. To obtain this number, simply email us at estorereturns@krown.com with the details of the issue along with your full name, address and contact phone number. A Krown representative will reply to your request within 1-3 business daysand will provide you with the RMA number and details on how and where to return the product if your purchase qualifies for a return.
